WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?
I normally say two-weeks, but I hope to get it back before then. It depends on the length of the manuscript.
DO YOU REQUIRE PAYMENT UPFRONT?
No, I don't. I usually send an invoice once the manuscript is sent back to the author. Or at the end of the month/ after the project is finished for services.
CAN I PAY IN INSTALLMENTS?
Yes, absolutely. Just let me know, and we can work out a payment plan to suit you.
MY BOOK CONTAINS TRIGGERS, IS THAT A PROBLEM?
Not necessarily. Please get in touch, and we can discuss.

DO YOU OFFER ANY DISCOUNT PACKAGES?
It depends on what you are looking for. But I am open to chatting and working out a package that is affordable for you but whereby I'm also compensated for my work.
WHAT ARE YOUR OPERATING HOURS?
My standard operating hours are Monday to Friday, 9:30am - 3pm GMT/BST. There will be an additional fee if you have a tight deadline where evening and weekend work is required. As most of my clients are US-based, meetings and correspondence can be arranged outside of these hours for no additional cost.
DO YOU WORK IN PARTICULAR PROGRAMS ONLY?
I prefer to work in Microsoft Word, but if you really can't, I will work in Google Docs. However, it is not easy to navigate/ work on an entire manuscript so an additional fee may be applied for the added work/ time. I am also happy to correspond via email or messenger. And video calls via messenger or Zoom, on request.
